fight rules

Objective:Reduce your opponent’s HP from 100 to 0 before they do the same to you. Fights have a 15 minute timer that begins on the announcer's call! Once that timer runs out, there will be one final round between both fighters and the fighter with the most HP at the end of the round wins!Flow of Combat:Both players will roll /random.
The player with the highest roll becomes the attacker, and the opponent becomes the defender.Combat Rounds:The attacker types out their attack action (describing what they’re doing) and rolls /random 100.
The defender rolls /random 100 in response.Damage Calculation:If the attacker rolls higher than the defender, the difference between the two rolls is subtracted from the defender’s HP.If the defender rolls higher or ties with the attacker, the attack is blocked, and no damage is taken.After the round, the roles are reversed. The previous defender becomes the attacker, and the previous attacker becomes the defender.Example of Combat:Attacker:
Eos charges forward with a flurry of punches aimed at her opponent's midsection. /random 100 = 75Defender:
Fae rolls /random 100 = 68Result:
Eos’ attack succeeds, dealing 75 - 68 = 7 damage to Fae’s HP.
Fae’s HP is now 93.Next Round:
Fae now becomes the attacker, and the roles reverse for the next attack! Fae starts the round describing what just happened and how they counterattack!

  • Oni's Kiss - A soothing mixture of strawberries, lemonade, citrus juice, orange liquor, vodka and lavender syrup. Like a true protagonist, this drink won't fail your desire for a buzz!

  • Ruby Lizard - When you need a little bite to go with your brawl, this drink infuses whiskey with cherry liquor and a dash of soda water to give you a little kick before you get kicked!

  • Purple Garlean - For those that prefer a little relaxation for their night! A simple mixture of vodka, cream and ube liquor with a little secret mixed in to give it that purple glow! Don't ask what makes it purple, for legal reasons, we know nothing.

  • Table Crasher - Ever wanted to get suplexed by a drink? We've got you covered! This tall glass of 7 different liquors, all infused with a touch of black pepper and orange garnish is sure to send you flying through a nearby table! Just... wait to do that outside, tables are expensive.

  • Seductive Kweh - Now hear us out. This combo of strawberry and lemon liquor with Eorzean Sprite™ may sound like a strange name, but you may find yourself saying kweh before the night is over!

  • Timely Esuna - Feeling a little beat up? Just took a bomb to the face? We've got you! This mint-infused gin and tonic will perk you right back up to get back in the ring! (Does not actually recover HP, please find your nearest healer for recovery spells.)

  • The Limit Break - A drink for those that want to push even further beyond! This three-way combo of pineapple rum, coconut rum and orange schnapps will kick you into overdrive to unleash havok!

  • A Hero's Smile - For those that like to pay homage, this simple drink comprised of vodka, whole cherries, lavender syrup and a dash of cayenne pepper sprinkles will give you that sense of honor and remembrance. Comes with a little shield umbrella for those that know what it means to be a true hero.

  • Catboy Mind Control Goo - Three shots of a mysterious green alcoholic fluid that does exactly what the name says! (Dirt and Grime are not responsible for those that drink this and actually end up mind controlled by a gelatinous green catgirl.)

  • The Monk's Mischief - A mixture of green chartreuse, lemon juice and honey lavender syrup, sprinkled with ginger bitters, this drink hits like an uppercut straight from a flaming fist! An elegant cocktail designed to speak softly and hit you when you least expect it!

  • Gobbie Coffee - When you need a boost to get through a long evening, nothing kicks harder than a coffee straight from a Gobbie!

  • The Seven Hells Challenge! - 100k gil - Seven shots of various drinks the bartender cooks up at random. Each shot has a designated number to reach, starting with /random 200, going all the final shot that requires an 800 to pass! Make it through the whole challenge and receive the total pot of other contestants that tried! Do you have the guts to survive the Seven Hells?!

Dirt & Grime is a full RP experience as an underground bar that features cage fights with limited rules. We are not a death arena, nor is this somewhere you can dismember or disfigure your opponent. Weapons, magics and anything else you can think of to take your opponent out is allowed!Hidden deep in the peaceful Lavender Beds, this place is known as a word-of-mouth spot for aggression to be taken out, enjoy a drink, partake in some /potentially/ illegal gamba activities, and enjoy the rowdy nature of the venue. While it is not as well known, this venue does have it's notoriety amongst the darker parts of Eorzea. Somewhere grudges can be handled in a controlled environment, while also providing a unique form of entertainment for those wishing to see the brutal side of this star.This environment is an RP venue through and through. Fights are done in RP and conversation throughout will be RP, including staff. Though, if you do not RP, this does not exclude you! Everyone is welcome to watch, place bets, fight, all of it! Just know that while you may not be in RP, others around you might be and respond in kind.This venue is no tolerance for hate/racism/ableism or any other ism considered hateful. All races are welcome!Please remember that fights in this venue are not blood wars. You're not killing anyone, so don't try it.

betting

There are two forms of betting allowed depending on the night. One is for the fight tournaments and the other is on our tavern nights! The way it works for the tournament is as follows:1. The list of fighters for the evening will be posted on the discord. This way, you can see who is fighting in the tourney!2. You will pick a single fighter to win THE WHOLE TOURNAMENT! If your fighter wins, you split the total bets pot with whoever else bet on that fighter, otherwise, they take the whole pot! In case of only one bet being placed and that person wins, the house will cover the difference for the payout.3. If the fighter that wins is not bet on, the house takes the pot!4. Once a tournament starts, no bets are to be taken. All bets are done from the first hour of opening! Tournament starts at 10 PM CST, keep that in mind!5. Minimum is 50k and Maximum bet limit is 500k.The second way betting can happen is on our off nights with STAFF CHALLENGES! Place a bet similar to the tournament of minimum 50k to max 500k and challenge a member of staff! Be warned, though. Staff have a home-court advantage, so the odds are stacked against you! If you manage to win, you double the bet! Lose, however, and the house takes it!

Venue Rules

  • 1. This is considered an 18+ venue due to alcoholic drinks being served. Those playing characters portrayed as less than 18 will be removed.

  • 2. Harassment or prejudice of any kind will not be tolerated. Keep things in RP or in tells but drama will not be allowed in a public setting and you'll be asked to leave.

  • 3. Bets placed and money spent are considered final and no refunds will be made due to losing your bet or otherwise.

  • 4. This is not an ERP venue. Anyone seen acting in such a way will be asked to stop or otherwise asked to leave. The wifi is a privilege and can be taken from you if you break this rule.

  • 5. Issues with either staff or other patrons can be taken to another member of staff. Keep the place as it should be: an RP venue.
